Introduction
We will demonstrate this with the aid of an actual 66" rotary cutting die using a 5/8" dieboard with 1.000" rule. This rotary dieboard though not typical has an example of many features that you might find on a typical rotary dieboard used in our industry today. We will showcase various materials and components that are required to develop proper ejection of the scrap, leaving the desired finished product. Often it is said that there is more than one way to skin a cat. Likewise you will be able to see through this discussion that there are many ways to obtain your desired results. If you are presently experiencing good quality stripping off of your diecutting process, keep up the good work. You may see something here that might apply to your application.
